No Show Policy

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service cost.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment under 24 hours you will need to pay the missed appointment cost as I cannot fill that spot under 24 hours. I can reschedule you once the missed appointment is paid for. Please arrive on time with squeaky clean lashes. If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40% of your extensions, you will need to reschedule for a full set.

No Guest Policy

If your guest can wait quietly in the lobby they may come to your appointment. No young children or pets please. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
